When you get to the first audio download, you should see an audio control in the left side of the screen (you may need to scroll down a little).

When you click on the first video link, you should see Windows Media Player open in it's own window as shown here.

Right click on either the audio control or Windows Media Player and a menu should be displayed.

Select 'Options...' from the menu.

You should now have the Options window displayed.

Click on the 'Advanced' tab.

This should display the advanced options and it should have 'Streaming Media (Windows Media)' in the text box.

Click on the 'Change...' button.

This will open the Streaming Media (Windows Media) window.

Here you need to make sure that the Buffering option is set to 'Buffer' and the time is set to 30 seconds of data.

Click OK

Click OK again.

You should only have to go through this process once.

Your video and audio should now be less jumpy or jerky but please be patient, as the media will initially load into memory and may take more time to download.

Please note that 30 seconds of data is the maximum value that you can enter, so with any audio or video that is longer than this period there may be a pause during playback but after a short time it should continue.
