SKILLS FOR CLUSTERS is a West Midlands Education Business Link Consortia Cluster Initiative and the project has been designed to address the need to increase student participation in courses and work-related activities directly responding to the identified needs of the AWM Clusters, working as part of AWM’s Agenda for Action and becoming an integral part of the AWM Cluster Initiative.

The project has been delivered across the West Midlands region, as a co-ordinated regional programme, providing opportunities for schools and teachers to exchange knowledge, experiences and outcomes, thereby building a coherent approach to the impact of careers choices and skills development across the West Midlands.
