SHROPSHIRE EDUCATION BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP (EBP) is a not-for-profit organisation which facilitates partnerships between
education and business in the county of Shropshire.
It's one of a network of EBP’s across the UK and is hosted by Connexions Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.
By getting involved with schools and colleges in activities organised by Shropshire EBP, employers can make a real difference to the lives of young people. Support from volunteers from the business community helps to raise their aspirations and achievements, develops their self-confidence and helps prepare them for adult and working life.
Employers benefit by raising their profile in the local community, developing their staff and influencing the delivery of the
curriculum so that young people enter the labour market with the attitude and skills that businesses are looking for. Volunteers
also find that working with young people is satisfying and rewarding.
