This unit of work has been prepared for educational uses only. The tasks and information presented are based on observations of the airport operations and discussions with staff. The data thus collected has been presented in various formats, scenarios and tasks. Commercial sensitivity has dictated that with the exception of the web site, actual figures have not been used to reflect the work of the airport. Figures have been substituted by approximations. The user is advised to consider this as a training/learning resource.
